Meet your coach

A real conversation. A manageable next step.

I’m Morpheus, a paramedic, caregiver, and psychology student. I know that goals have to fit around real responsibilities. We’ll start with what matters to you and work from there.

Your priorities

You choose the goal. We shape a practical commitment together.

Room to be honest

A missed action is something to understand. We review it without shame and choose what to adjust.

Start small

Try the first-step exercise without an account or payment. Sharing your answers is optional.

What happens in an Initial Truth Session?

A free 30-minute Initial Truth Session: a conversation about your goals and whether this support fits.

  1. Tell me what matters. Bring a goal, a question, or something you keep putting off. You don’t need a polished explanation.
  2. Talk through the support. We discuss what gets in the way, your schedule, and how coaching could fit.
  3. Choose your next step. Ask questions and consider the options. You can take time to decide whether to work together.

Requesting a call does not sign you up for a paid plan.

How It Works

Simple structure. Honest check-ins. No fluff.

1

Map It

We start with a free initial truth session. You bring the goal; we break it into clear, weekly actions you can actually do.

2

Meet and Review

Meet twice a month or weekly, depending on your plan. We review what got done, what got in the way, and what needs to change.

3

Follow Through

Between sessions, use the check-ins included in your plan to review progress and adjust. We agree on the contact method and timing together.

Coaching is not therapy.

Coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented: we work on your goals, habits, and follow-through. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need therapeutic support, I'll be the first to say so — and I can point you toward the right resources.

Make Your First Move

Choose one action you can follow through on. Build your plan here, then copy it or share it with me by email.

Your answers stay on this page until you choose to share them. Keep details general; this exercise does not need medical, legal, or other sensitive information.

Choose where you want to move forward

You don’t need the whole plan figured out. Start with what matters to you today, and we’ll help you identify your next move.

Navigating Divorce

Build a steadier routine and take your next step.

When life is changing, everyday decisions can feel harder. Get support organizing priorities, following through on practical goals, and building the next chapter of your life.

Accountability coaching — not legal advice or therapy.

Rebuilding in Recovery

Put your recovery goals into everyday practice.

Build routines, follow through on commitments, and create space for honest check-ins — alongside your existing recovery care and support network.

Coaching that supports your recovery — not treatment.

General Accountability

Turn something you want to do into something you’re doing.

Move forward on a project, build a habit, or finish something you keep putting off — career, school, health, or personal goals — with clear commitments and consistent follow-through.

Forward-looking coaching for the goals you choose.

More than one path fits? Choose the one you want support with first.

What does a practical plan look like?

An illustration for someone balancing work and school. Your plan would reflect your own priorities.

Goal: Make steady progress on an assignment.

This week’s commitment: Write the outline on Tuesday at 10 a.m. for 20 minutes.

If the shift runs late: Move that work block to Wednesday morning.

At our next check-in: What happened? What helped? What should we change?

Make Room for What Matters to You

Your dreams deserve space in your everyday life. Together, we turn what matters to you into clear commitments, practical action, and honest conversations about what happens along the way.

Choose a starting point that fits where you are today. Bring your willingness to participate; I’ll bring preparation, thoughtful questions, and follow-through on the support we agree to.

Why Ninety Days?

Give your next chapter time to take shape.

A single session can help you find your first move. Over ninety days, we have room to put your plan into practice, notice what keeps getting in the way, and adjust together.

You’ll have weekly Truth Sessions, Grounding Check-ins between sessions, and a written record of your progress and commitments.

The invitation is to keep showing up, speak honestly about what happens, and take the next workable step — with support along the way.

Begin my 90-day commitment

The Coaching Rhythm

Every engagement runs on the same rhythm — the depth changes, the structure doesn’t.

Truth Sessions

A deeper conversation to reflect on progress, explore obstacles, clarify priorities, and agree on practical commitments. Weekly for one hour on the 90-day commitment; twice monthly for 45 minutes on the monthly plan.

The grounding ritual. “Let’s land. Feet flat on the floor. One slow breath in… and out. Notice where you are right now — in your body, in your day. Now bring to mind what matters most this week. When you’re ready, tell me: what’s alive for you today?”

Grounding Check-ins

Brief 15-minute calls between Truth Sessions — a chance to reconnect with the plan: what happened, what’s getting in the way, and what needs adjusting. By call or voice notes, your choice.

Progress & Commitments Summary

After each Truth Session, a written follow-up recording the session’s focus, the progress you report, the actions you commit to (and by when), the support I commit to, and our next check-in date. Shared accountability, in writing.

My Story

Why I coach.

Morpheus — accountability coach

For 15+ years, I ran toward emergencies. As a firefighter and paramedic with Prince William County, then in medical transport and hospital care, I spent my career showing up on people's worst days.

Somewhere along the way I started asking a different question: what if I could help people before the crisis? That's what pulled me back to school — I'm now earning my psychology degree at Germanna Community College as a first-generation college student — and toward further training in coaching.

I'm also a father, a caregiver, and a man rebuilding his life with discipline as the foundation. I've worked overnight shifts, balanced school with work, and learned that motivation is unreliable — but systems and accountability work.

That's the support I offer: clear goals, honest check-ins, and practical steps. We make room to learn from mistakes, recognize progress, and adjust together.

Questions

Practical answers before you decide.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-looking and action-focused — we work on goals, habits, and follow-through. Therapy addresses mental health diagnosis and treatment. If what you need is therapeutic, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right support.

How much time does this take each week?

That depends on the plan. On the 90-day commitment, one hour a week plus the actions we agree on. On the monthly plan, two 45-minute sessions a month. The whole point is fitting progress into a busy life — not adding another burden to it.

What if I fall off track?

Then we talk about it honestly — that's literally what I'm here for. No shame, no lectures. We look at what got in the way, adjust the next commitment, and keep working together.

Are you a certified coach?

Not yet — I’m an accountability coach embarking on continuous education this November through Tandem Coaching Academy’s ICF-aligned Level 1 program, and I’m constantly learning new modalities that truly serve this important work. That education will run alongside our work together: if it ever shifts my schedule in a given week, you’ll always get advance notice. Founding clients lock in founding rates now — and you’ll know your coach is actively sharpening his craft while walking with you.

Can coaching help with legal decisions during divorce?

No — coaching focuses on your personal goals, routines, and follow-through: the decisions within your control. Legal questions belong with a qualified legal professional, and I can help you get organized for those conversations.

How does coaching fit with my recovery support?

As a complement, never a replacement. We work on the practical commitments you choose — routines, follow-through, planning for obstacles — alongside your existing care and support network. Coaching is not addiction treatment. If you’re ever in crisis, call or text 988.

What happens if I don’t complete my action?

We review what happened, address the obstacle without judgment, and agree on a realistic next commitment. Missed weeks are information, not failure — that’s literally what the check-in is for.

How do sessions happen?

By phone or video call — whatever fits your schedule, including evenings. Between Truth Sessions, brief Grounding Check-ins keep you connected to the plan.

How much does coaching cost?

Three ways to start. Find Your First Move — a single 60-minute session with a written action plan — is $89. Build Your Momentum is $150 a month for two 45-minute Truth Sessions plus check-ins and follow-ups, cancel anytime. Make Room for Change, the 90-day commitment, is thirteen weekly hour-long Truth Sessions with check-ins and written summaries — $375 founding rate for the first five clients, then $450 upfront. The founding 90-day price is $375 upfront, or three monthly payments of $135 ($405 total).

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes — your first conversation is a free 30-minute Initial Truth Session. No pitch, just an honest look at your goals and whether we’re a fit. The paid single session, Find Your First Move, is a full working hour that ends with your written action plan in hand.

What are Grounding Check-ins?

Short 15-minute calls between Truth Sessions — a quick reconnect with the plan: what happened since we talked, what’s getting in the way, and what needs adjusting. By phone or voice notes, whichever fits your week.

Can I share my progress summary with someone supporting me?

Yes — the summary is yours. Share it with a partner, sponsor, or anyone in your corner whenever you want. I keep sensitive conversation details out of it, and if you’d like me to send one directly to someone else, I’ll get your explicit permission on the recipient and contents first.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens — if you need to reschedule, just let me know and we’ll find another time that works. Monthly plans cancel anytime, no questions asked. For the 90-day commitment, if something comes up we’ll talk it through together and figure out the right next step — the goal is supporting you, not locking you in.

Ready When You Are

Tell me what you want to work toward. We’ll talk about the support you need and whether working together feels like a fit.
